Ordering and payment

Add an item to your cart and check out on this site. Payment is by card, handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your card details.

Prices are in USD. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Because most items are one of a kind, an item leaves the shop as soon as it sells.

Shipping and pickup

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the item's size, weight and where it's going, so you see the real cost before you pay. We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, Lugg, GoShare, Blue Truck and Moverr. Orders usually go out within a few business days, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as yours ships.

Local pickup is available from 728 Carter St, New Canaan, CT 06840, USA. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll tell you when your order is ready.

Returns and refunds

Every item here is a one-of-a-kind secondhand piece, described and photographed as accurately as we can, and sold as-is.

If something arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return and a refund. Get in touch before sending anything back so we can sort out the return with you.

Your privacy

We collect only what an order needs: your name, email, shipping address and phone. We use it to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. Card details go straight to our payment processor and never reach us.
